  • We act as a facilitator between users and government payment systems.
  • All payments are processed through secure, government-approved payment gateways.

5. Payment Terms (Company Policy)

  • All payments are subject to applicable government fees and service charges as per ELITE DIGITAL SERVICES pricing.
  • Service charges are non-refundable once payment is processed (Company Policy).
  • ELITE DIGITAL SERVICES is not responsible for delays caused by banking systems or payment gateways.
  • Generated eChallans are official government documents and should be preserved for records.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

For detailed information, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.

  • Refund policies are governed by respective government departments.
  • Service/convenience fees are non-refundable as per ELITE DIGITAL SERVICES policy.
  • Refunds for failed transactions are processed within 7-15 business days.
  • Cancellation of paid eChallans is subject to government department rules.

7. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information for eChallan generation on payechallans.
  • Verify all details before making payments.
  • Download and save payment receipts for future reference.
  • Not misuse the platform for fraudulent activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

ELITE DIGITAL SERVICES shall not be liable for:

  • Direct or indirect damages resulting from service use
  • Technical issues, system failures, or service interruptions
  • Errors in eChallan details provided by users
  • Delays in payment processing by banks or payment gateways
  • Government department decisions or policy changes

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, and design elements are property of ELITE DIGITAL SERVICES.
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without written permission from the Company.
  • eChallan formats and government logos are property of respective authorities.

10. Privacy Policy

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
  • ELITE DIGITAL SERVICES complies with all applicable Indian laws and regulations.

12. Important Company Disclaimers

  • ELITE DIGITAL SERVICES is not a government entity or department.

  • All eChallan amounts and details are as per government records.
  • Company is not liable for government department decisions or delays.

13. Modifications to Terms
