This Cancellation Policy is issued by ELITE DIGITAL SERVICES, operating payechallans.
1. About ELITE DIGITAL SERVICES
ELITE DIGITAL SERVICES (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates the online platform payechallans. We provide digital payment facilitation services for government eChallans across India.
2. Government eChallan Cancellation Rules
- eChallans are official government payment instruments and follow strict regulations.
- Once an eChallan is generated and payment is initiated, it cannot be cancelled through our platform.
- Cancellation/refund of paid eChallans must be processed through the respective government department.
- ELITE DIGITAL SERVICES acts only as a payment facilitator, not as the issuing authority.
3. Company's Role & Limitation
What ELITE DIGITAL SERVICES Does
- Provides digital platform for eChallan payment facilitation
- Ensures secure payment processing
- Generates payment receipts and transaction records
- Offers customer support for platform-related issues
What ELITE DIGITAL SERVICES Cannot Do
- Cancel government-issued eChallans
- Process refunds for government payments
- Modify eChallan amounts or details
- Override government department decisions
4. Payment Processing Scenarios
Non-Cancellable Payments (Company Policy)
- Successfully processed eChallan payments
- Payments confirmed by government systems
- Transactions where CIN (Challan Identification Number) is generated
- Service/convenience fees (non-refundable as per Company policy)
Pending Payments (Company Handling)
- Payments in "Processing" status may be cancelled within 30 minutes
- Failed transactions are automatically reversed within 7-15 business days
- Contact ELITE DIGITAL SERVICES support immediately if payment is stuck
5. Service Charge Policy (Company Policy)
- Service/convenience charges are applicable per transaction as per ELITE DIGITAL SERVICES pricing.
- These charges are non-refundable under any circumstances (Company Policy).
- Service charges cover payment gateway fees, platform maintenance, and support services.
- Charges are displayed clearly before payment confirmation on payechallans.
